This gym went through several renovations. I've been playing it for a long time before I decided, "Yeah, it kinda has potential," and should upload it and maybe sucker-- I mean, have people download it. After I've decided, I thought to myself, "Oh crap! I need to fix this place up." And so followed a series of renovations.
It's not much of a tower since it's a bit short for that. Power? Definitely! This baby is loaded with all the exercise equipment that I could fit inside its glass walls, save the military obstacle course. That one's way too big.
Let's check out what's inside:
But hey, wait a minute. We're not here to look at the rooms. We're here to build muscles! Exercise machines galore!
And that's about it. Hmm, listed like that they don't look like much. Oh well.

Outdoor
Unlike Gamespire, there's more room to put trees and shrubs here. Still I wanted to retain that city feel to it so I covered the ground with bricks. There's some benches at the back. Why? I dunno, I got space to fill up. I was thinking of putting a barbeque grill there but ain't it kind of ironic having that in a fitness gym? There's also a monolith up front. Other than it looks cool, I also dunno why I put that there. Alright! Not that great as a builder, I admit. You can put Crumplebottom inside it though. Since you'll have half-naked Sims on the 1st floor, putting Crumplebottom inside it prevents her from annoying your customers. The nice thing about this too is it takes time for the game to delete her so she can respawn outside.
1st Level - Pool
I originally wanted a rooftop pool. But the game wouldn't let me and I haven't seen any magic ways in the internet for it. It would've been epic though. Pool at roof, 1st floor would've been a reception area/boutique where you can buy new gym clothes. Way epic. But you can't have 'em all so I settled with putting it on the first floor. Pretty simple floor: 2 recliners on the left, 2 changing booths on the right. I would've put "T-o-P" on that wall if Maxis included actually alphabets instead of Simlish Greek symbols
2nd Level - General Exercises
This is where most of the exercise machines go. Newbies go here as well. Strengthening and conditioning are mostly what's done here. I also put some space for floor exercises (hah! nailed even that!) and a component nearby for music. This'll look fun with everyone dancing, especially with mirrors in front.
3rd Level - Spa and Snack Bar
Not much exercise to be done here. This floor is for relaxing and refreshments. A small snack bar on one side, a sauna, 3 massage tables and a jacuzzi. I was thinking of putting partitions but it's kinda fun having everything within reach. This floor was originally the top one but the basketball backboard kept poking through the floor so I had to switch them.
4th Level - Intense Workout
This floor originally has one level so the basketball backboard poked through the roof. I only learned the SetHighestAllowedLevel cheat lately and combined 2 levels for one floor. I have to say the high ceiling gave it quite an ambiance. This floor also only had the halfcourt and the Dance Sphere and nothing else. It was crap! It bored me to tears and I had to find a way to fill up the spaces. I added the punching bag in a corner. Some small lockers from Ikea. The bleachers in front of the halfcourt was a neat idea, though I wasn't sure how to pull it off at first. And get ready for this: Basketball carpet. Oh yeah! Half wall partition completes the setup.
Shower Rooms
The bathrooms also had major renovations. All 4 floors have their own bathrooms and they were the standard Male/Female-split-in-the-middle bathrooms. After much contemplating, checking the alignment of the stars and reading my tea leaves I concluded that my bathrooms are utterly boring. Fast forward to the present, now they're shower rooms. 2 custom built shower booths, 2 toilets cleverly separated by half walls and a sink. Instead of having 2 standard bathrooms that are decently spacious I turned them to one innovatively-looking cramped up shower room where two Sims can check what kind of crap the other one's dumping. Great. Not many Sims hit the showers though so we're still good. The 3rd floor has a locker room instead. Having gone through the sauna, massage and jacuzzi I felt this floor needed a room for changing.
Runs on an Electrono Ticket Machine. Open/Closed sign is on the monolith outside (now I remember why I put that monolith there).

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
