This overrides the Maxis “Termagant” chair to turn that fugly monster into something that actually resembles a chair.

Works for all colour options (there are 17 I think), only contains the MODL/MLOD so any other kinds of overrides you have for this will stil be OK.

Polygon Counts:

High Poly: 471V/553F
Mid Poly: 374V/429F
Low Poly: 349V/350F
High Poly Sun Shadow: 447V/535F
Mid Poly Sun Shadow: 350V/411F
Low Poly Sun Shadow: 325V/332F
