This residential lot is the perfect place for Scientists who are working on top secret Government projects or mad scientists who don't want anyone to know what they are doing. Live, work, and play in the same place, no need to leave "home" and rub elbows with the common folk who don't understand what Quantum is, much less how to split an atom!
Besides being stocked with all sciencey machines required to experiment to your hearts content, this home also boasts all the conveniences of home and will comfortably support up to 8 living beings; human, alien, or animal. In your down time swim in the pool, practice dancing, along with a variety of other activities that "normal" humans participate in.
