ShoppinDisE - A nice Shopping Lot

Hi There,

First UpLoad ever for Sims 4, hope you guys like it.

This is a very small Lot 30 x 20 for Retail use,
it is on 2 floors and it is fully decorated in detail, I have used few CC for decorations
(the most coming from ModTheSims site)

Functional in all the parts, only downside is that you have to hire the Bar/Bakery Tender every time, not sure if there is any mod that fix that, if you know of any please post it in the comments,

hope your Sims will have lot of Fun and hope your Sims will make a lot of $$$

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
