This is my first upload, though by far not my first build. This house in particular was inspired by the Victorian-style homes that are abundant in my city, and then once I started in on the Victorian theme I could not stop. All the normal bb. cheats have been used (move objects, show live edit objects, and show hidden objects). In addition I have used a few items from The Plumbob Tea Society's Cottage Garden Stuff (x ) and the piano in the office is PeterJames88's Bechstein Upright Piano (x ). Any other mods that I have missed are not integral to the design, and if you do not want the piano there should be enough room in the office to house the full sized grand from the base game.

The house features a two story foyer, a dining room, full kitchen, living room with a fireplace, washroom with a toilet and washing machine/dryer set, a master bedroom, a second washroom with a shower, and the second bedroom currently being used as a hobbyist room/office, and an overgrown garden with a couple empty gardening boxes. Fully furnished the lot costs 129 983 simoleons, and has the lot traits "Registered Vampire Lair", "Natural Light", and "On A Dark Ley Line". It is 30 x 20 and was build on the Daisy Hovel lot in Willow Creek, but the perimeter of the fence is 24 x 14, so it could be placed on a smaller lot if desired.

Everything should be fully functional for play, but I have not completely tested it. Let me know if there is anything I need to adjust!
