Problem with Pet Stories

Hey friends,

I've tried to find something with the search function, but unfortunatly nothing usefull appeared, the same goes for Google.

After installing Sims Pet Stories on my PCs (the installation works perfectly) I'm trying to start the game, with the result that the performance of my PC goes nearly zero and my RAM-Usage ist at around 100%. Only a restart of my system can lead me back to my OS.

Well here my PC-Data:

AMD 64 X2 6000 +
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GF 8600 GTS
Windows Vista Ultimate


I run the game in adimistration mode, deactivated all Vista-"advantages" in the compatility-options, but there have been no improving in the situation...

Does some one got the same problem or know how to turn of this problem I would appreciate it.

We don't support the Stories games here, so while it's possible someone will happen to have a solution, it's also quite likely we won't be able to help you.
