Need help on waterslide

I can't build a waterslide I know how to make one but the cheat to do it cant help I need a cheat to make the waterslides couse the cheat I use doesn't work

I tryed the dam cheat but it doesnt work 4 some strange reason &| I cant do the cheat god damm the stupid patch ~:( which I think was that ?! Arg I cant get the frickin cheat to work

Check Your startup cheat file. I have found statements (I don't know where from) that have disabled certian cheats.

must spell the cheats exactaly or it will not work I know I have not typed it out exactlly as it is
boolProp constrainFloorElevation false there are spaces in between boolProp and constrainFloorElevation and false capital letters in Prop, Floor & Elevation. Dose this help? Hope it dose.
