npcs in aprtments

so ive been wondering has anyone managed to get any npcs to move in to you apartments as families or atleast more than just 1 npc? i have alot of apartments just about all of them have a mix of sizes, and i mine vary in prices so why is it that i only get 1 npc and never any more than that? has any one gotten alot? im just curious id love to actually have some npc kids around to occupy my playables but again all i get is a lone female or seems like old men all the time lol any one have an idea on how to get more or is it all chance?

i think its only townies that move into apartments.. Townies don't have family, so it'll always just be one person per apartment..

well that sticks they cant even have multiple adults move in? seems silly to have a great big apartment used just by one sim and all my families with kids seem rather lonely i hope a mod could be made that will allow us to make townies move in with a family (or atleast more than one sim) since there are kid and teen townies

I just made some diff families and plucked them in some apartments so it didn't look so strange, lol.

I just wish the apartments i downloaded would freaking work.. Then i'd have some with more than 4 rooms.. So annoying!
