View Full Version : I have the ingredients, now what?

I have downloaded the mods for all fish and the life and flame fruit.. my sim can create the baked angel food cake but there is no option for making ambrosia, so, what am I doing wrong?

P.S. The baked angel food cake is bomb

Did you buy the recipe from the bookstore?

of course I did and I read it.. there's just not the option to do so when I tell her to make something

Hmmmm.....I wonder.....is your Sim a ghost? Maybe only the dead can make it. I mean, that's the point of the food, isn't it? I'm really not sure though. ^^;
Oh, also, someone on here said it could only be made for Brunch, but other people said they could make it anytime. Keep checking the "make food" pie menu at different parts of the day. That's all I can suggest, really.

You can only make during a certain time, I don't even remember when, it may be brunch.. or dinner. Awesomemod makes it so you can prepare it anytime.

And no, it's not only the dead that can make it... actually, I don't think ghosts can make it to begin with.

The person says they used mods in the description, but that was only to get ingredients and speed-max the cooking skill. I don't know if any of that would inadvertently give ghosts the otherwise impossible ability to cook though.

If ghosts can make it, it's only playable ghosts, then. The annoying ones who don't leave you alone are too inept and useless to make it themselves.

My sims can make ambrosia at every time, but it's only available as a single meal, not as a group meal.
