I'm going to say this now... She does not stand out to me... She doesn't look like you've put a huge load of effort in her... That's my opinion. I cannot help you make her unique. If it was based on a real person we would be able to give good feedback but since she isn't based on anyone we can't give amazing feedback...

I think she's cool, actually. And the hair color is very nice. One thing I might suggest is I think her eyes are too shallowly set. You need to give them a bit more depth than that, I think that is making her look a little freaky. Also, try taking her eye size down a bit. Just a bit...I think they might be just slightly unnaturally large.
