I'm very new to all this, I only downloaded SimPE and everything today in an attempt to make a more rustic looking wood version of the juicer. I followed the object recoloring tutorial for Wizards of SimPE and managed to give it a wood recolor which looks good in game, but I'd like the metal bits and the glass on the top to be wood as well. The glass pitcher is fine as it is.
I couldn't find any information about that and the juicer doesn't seem to be a very popular item to recolor (which is why I gave up on finding one and decided to do it myself!). I did see a thread about recoloring the glass in windows, and from that it seems likely that the glass probably can't be recolored unless you do something global? Which I'm not sure that I want to do.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
