Naming new object

sorry if this is the wrong place but i am a bit confused....


does any part of the "New" name matter...such as



SS_CabinetBaseCountryShelf

Can i use this for a certain object??...must the underscore be present...
can both parts be changed..


yes i read through some tutorials...i just wanted to make sure..

You can edit the name exactly as you want it. s3oc cloner just gives you a name as a suggestion to save you typing it. It needs to be a name you are reasonably confident will be unique. The name you gave as an example may not be ideal as the creator name part of is so short, and could easily be used by someone else too. Is it possible for you to expand your creator name?
