A lot big enough for an empty lot, but I can't place it there. It only happens with inhabited lots. Is the game saying the sim can't afford the empty lot, or something? It's very frustrating and makes worldbuilding a major difficulty. I have to place the house, edit town, evict the sim, copy the house, and place it again...
It's also annoying that you cant save a copy of houses without the sims in them, but that's another topic.
