Nothing is showing up to install

Ok, so I have been using the clean pack installer for a while. I have the latest version. Well this morning I downloaded some CC and when I went to install it, nothing was showing up in my S2CPI, no file names, nothing to show previews of pics or anything. If I tell it to install something, nothing is there to install. I know I downloaded the stuff but I can't figure out what is going on with my S2CPI......

What is the file extension of the CC? Sims2Pack, package, zip, 7z, ...? The clean installer can only install certain file types and you may be trying to install something that it doesn't understand, such as a compressed file or a package file.
