Help! How do i extract my sim from the game to upload her here???

Well, i'm new here and i'm thinking of uploading all my-perfect made- sims here, but i dont know how to gather all the required files that must be included to the zip file, so that the sim will show up to the other's games!!! :rolleyes:

Follow this FAQ: Game_Help:Extract_In-Game_Sim. The wiki is a wonderful thing.

You should then be able to package your sim using Body Shop.
