Can someone help me with these sims 3 glitches?

i have a load of glitches, firstly i have a family with a little girl, the house they live in has 3 storeys and her room is at the top, when i tried to get her to got to bed she got to the stairs she acted like something was blocking her path and then all of a sudden she was on the bottom floor. i did this with another sim and they got upstairs no problem.
another one is in the same family where a boy has his bedroom on the top floor, he is sleeping right now and you can see him floating in mid air on the floor below.

another one is when i made the parents try for a baby afterwards they were relaxing on the bed and i couldn’t get them off the bed and when i pressed x on the action box it wouldn’t go go away and when i tried to get them to do something else that action box would just disapear.

Do you have CC? Tested without CC and after deleting caches?

Do you play with testingcheats turned on? Tried the resetsim cheat?

The bed may have become glitched. Remove it and get a new one. Move the Sims using the moveobject cheat first if they cannot move away, and then resetsim them.

If all that didn't work, you may have to reset the Lot by evicting the Household out to clipboard and placing them back.

If you have Awesomemod or one of Twallan's mod, I believe there is a reset lot/world/everything feature that you can use without evicting the Household and losing their wishes, etc...
You have to read the RTFM over there, though, as we do not provide support for individual items here.

There are a crapload of routing issues with TS3 - made worse by the last couple of patches. They're particularly pronounced on lots which have had the CFE cheat used on them, or which aren't flat. I hope the fixes Ella suggests work for you, but if they don't, then there's probably not much you can do.
