babies showing up at doorstep

so i have a asus laptop i installed game and ambitions no problem and the only cc i have is Sims my friend made that i uploaded.
so here is my issue i am playing in twin brook town

i noticed this from about day 1 i had a Sim played saved game and moved to a different family, i click to James family and i see difficulty as red when its two men both woken ft so i open game and theres 3 infants laying in entry way of house, i ck family tree it tells me James is dad he is married to a coworker and the one he is married to don't even live in the home!
so i do my thing add some cribs save family then go on my way

i go back a day later one of the triplets is missing so now its just twins,
odd i know but it gets even stranger now all but 1 family have gotten new babies
each addition is twins with parents who live there

i have one family who had a toddler and a vary pregnant mom and twins showed up

I'm so stumped has this happened to anyone else? i don't mind it but i need to get some bigger houses and maybe another school ahahahhahahaha

yea same thing in a new town and fams r moving into empty houses lol how can i change that

Yeah, sounds like EA story progression is trying to fix your population or something. Installing a 3rd party story progression mod should take care of some of those issues. You can get Twallan's Story Progression at http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=996.0 . I use that one. Or you can get awesomemod at http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,15185.0.html . If you don't want to mod your game, you can just turn story progression off in the game's menu.
