Professor of Drinks?

One of my Sims just finished this mixology challenge of learning 42 drinks recipes. I promptly got the message that 3 new special drinks recipes were added to his recipes list but when I check I cannot find anything. There are still 42 under the popular drinks tab and under the cusom drinks one the 4 he created himself.
Clicking on the bar also does not reveal any additional options and I begin to wonder what went wrong there.
Googling "Professor of Drinks" did not yield much, only crinrict's bug list at the BBS where this is listed as one possible but unconfirmed bug and another user at gamespot wondering about what the special drinks were because they couldn't find them either.
So, my question is: has anyone completed that challenge and got anything out of it?

I finished the challenge and didn't get the rewards either, so I monkeyed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2NhwAG-ilw) about with the Sims 3 Package Editor for a few minutes and set it so the special drinks could be served and learned from all the bartenders. If the challenge actually worked these should of shown up in the 'popular mixes' option:

Love Potion #52 - Gives 'In The Mood' moodlet for 3 hours.

Crazed Revelry - Gives 'Going Wild!' moodlet for 8 hours.

Galactic Gaiety - Gives 'Winner!' moodlet for 8 hours.

Thank you so much, Foxhounder. So, this means that at least these drinks do exist and that it's just another broken skill challenge. Brilliant :rolleyes:
