When I try to save my game recently I can save save fine most of the time but I also keep getting an error code 12 message appear when saving too.. Does anyone know what this error is & how can I avoid or fix it as it keeps deleting my save game files. I backup each time it saves properly so I don't lose anything... My game is up to date with patches & I have all exp & fun packs
