Random: Does Late Night have a factory seal?

I bought Late Night [new] online but when it got here the case was just plastic wrap, no factory seal/sticker.
I can't think of a DVD/game I've had that didn't have the "we're not gonna make this easy to get into" sticker and I'm wondering if I was sent a pre-used game?
Or maybe there isn't a sticker in the first place?

Anyway, I can't remember (it's been long enough since getting it, and I won't remember details that I figure weren't significant at the time).

The only thing I can think of that you can do is that when convenient, visit your nearest Best Buy/Target/Game Stop/whatever, and look at copies of LN they have for sale.

I can tell you what should be inside the case, aside from the DVD (obviously). There should be a 14 page booklet which has the serial number, and my copy also included a couple of one-page flyers. Chances are, if it was a used copy the promotional flyers would be gone.

Were those included?

It came with only plastic warp for me. My game's fine, and I have everything that was supposed to be in it.
