*Villains of Batman* Poison Ivy

I'm back! :D

Hey guys, after a several problems with my computer, internet, sims and real life I'm finally back creating for Sims and thought I would get back to my Batman villain Sims. First off is the penguin. He's not based on any particular version of the penguin but I took inspiration from the comparison pics below, not wanting to be exactly like the pics. Any suggestions for face, clothing, more accessories etc is well appreciated. I think there's something off... or I need something to make him more interesting! Thanks :)

I know you don't really want it to be like the real penguin, but I think it should be :P Penguin scared me as a kid haha!
I can barely see the picture of the real penguin, but what I can tell is that his chin is kind of flat and yours is rounded, if you know what I mean.
He kind of has a "butt-chin" as I like to call it. (atleast from the picture) I can barely make out his face.
Also his lips are thinner and less wide it looks, and his mouth doesn't curve down like yours.

Taking pictures in-game would be most sufficient at this point, as sims look very different in CAS than they actually do in-game. :)

It just hit me that Alfred Molina would make the perfect penguin if they're ever gonna make a Batman movie based on this design of him.

Anyways, I think his eyes should squint a little more, and another more evil, curvy pair of brows might look better? :)

Thanks heaps guys, I took some ingame pics and tried to change those things suggested. Something happened and he came out a bit thinner so I'll have not fatten him up in the next set of changes :P
So apart from that, what else should I change?

I don't know if you want to use slider hacks, but you could try making him shorter with this slider: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=394522 (if you scroll down enough you'll see HeightSlider.zip under a picture, get that)
He looks excellent so far. I'll be watching this for sure.

Hey guys, back from exams and ready to go! Little problem I'm having with Penguin. Upon installing the latest patch, the height slider to make him shorter no longer works and I'm unable to find a solution. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this to return him to his smaller glory, please tell me :) Before the shortness problem I did make a few changes though and here's how he's looking.

At this point, I do not want feedback on him until the problem gets fixed, so this is just a pic to show you how he's going.

While I search for a solution, I thought I would take another stab at Poison Ivy, who I attempted a few months back. I started again on Ivy giving her new clothes, makeup, hair and face so keep it fresh. Now last time, she wasn't 'seductive' enough and I still think something's missing. Something about her, I dunno, if someone could suggest better skin, eyes, makeup etc that would be great. I also need help on facial structure to make her look sexier. At this point in time, I'm still working on her outfit so I just want to focus on the face. I also need help in selecting a hair for her, I've got four choices, but if anyone has any other hairs that would look good on her, please don't be afraid to tell me.

I took pictures of her bald (which is rather frightening) so that you could see her facial structure properly. Once again, not based on any particular ivy, just a general one.

LOVE the outfit on Ivy. I would first make her lips a bit thinner, rotate her eyes in a bit, get rid of the cheeck/nose lines around her mouth and lessen the arc of her brows. Maybe make her nostril area/nose bulb larger a bit too. As for the hair, the first two seem fine, MAYBE even the third, but not the last one.

Sliders them selves shouldn't be patch dependent, it's the mod that lets you use them, Awesomemod is now ready to go for patch 1.22.

Thanks so much for the feedback omeagstarr! I made the changes you suggested as well as a few other things regarding makeup. Please excuse the reddish marks on her face, they look better when she's got hair.

ALSO, on Penguin, I tried a few things which didn't work regarding awesomemod, though I think I'll be able to fix it during MTS's downtime, thanks for the info.

You might want to consider rotating the outer eye corners down more. They are still giving her a bit of an "alien" look. Maybe a bit narrower nasasl bridge so her nose isn't so rectangular. I like hair # 2. Good job!

Thanks for your suggestions SimmyRN :) Sorry for the delay but I'm back...

With the changes you suggested I changed her face a bit here and there and also added some freckles to hair to make her face more interesting. Do the freckles look good or should I scrap them? I also decided to choose hair two for Ivy. I still think she needs to be a tad more 'seductive looking', so if anyone has any suggestions, that would be very helpful.

love this project, i remember WAY back when you started it. your joker is dead on!

as for poison ivy: all the elements are awesome like the clothes and accessories and such, but the actual sim I feel is very pudding. maybe try to base her of your second reference photo.
-i would start by widen her head and lips a bit. give her some bed room eyes... she needs to be more unique but its kinda hard to to tell you how, its up to your interpretation of or which image of ivy your basing her on.
