I'm not sure if it's bugged on my version or if I have to place it on a specific surface. My wedding cake doesn't have a description and I can't place it on the floor, counters, tables, coffee tables, or just about anything I've tried. So does the wedding cake have to be placed on a specific surface or is mine messed up?

Sounds like yours is messed up. I've placed em on counters and dining tables, just like birthday cakes.

its probably a bug on your side, try restarting the game

Or maybe a CC conflict. Some CC you have may dapple with the wedding cakes (whether you know it or not).

I often deal with non-interactive mailbox because I have Buzzler's mod that modifies mailbox scrips. It only happens when I first place a new home from house bin into an empty lot. I know restarting game (after save) will fix it for me. Hope this will for you too.
