Changing Price of Walls/Floors [SIMS 2]

Is there a way to change the price of walls and floors? (maxis)

Again, sorry if i post this here.
I still cant post at the create section, even though i already have an upload.
If someone can move this thread there then that will be nice.

Assuming you talking about Sims2,
(I think) you can do it with Home Crafter.
You can do it with WTF editor : http://www.simprograms.com/the-sims/the-sims-2/the-sims-2-programs/programs-the-sims-2-wall-floor-editors/

Too bad, there's no option for maxis-made walls and floors. That's only for custom-ones. :(
