Monster top - clothing conversion

I've seen lots of bloopers on this topic but what is the fix? It's a set of of three womans tops found in men's and children clothing. On children it deforms the whole sim so that he looks all fingers and arms. :rolleyes: Where did it come from and how do you get rid of it from the game? I know if you go to the dresser you can change the out fit but really! this is a big annoyance not to mention teenage townie boy sims walking around like transvestites! :wtf: I've tried deleting suspicious looking content and sims but to no avail.

They usually come with houses and sims you download.

Thank you so much :) I was able to identify the offending object in a matter of minutes!! My sims can relax and get on with their sim lives without the fear of this monstrosity :rofl:
