I'm new to MTS and I have no idea how to extract the files to a .package. I have 7zip and Winraw, I just have no idea how to change the file name.

if anyone could help me that would be awesome :3

Click Help at the top of the screen, then Sims 2 or Sims 3, and look at the custom content FAQs. All is explained there.
