bizarre game I'm trying to find the title of

Ok, so I had a friend once tell me about this weird game, but he said the title was piper's dream, but that turned up nothing, so could someone tell me the title of this game? Here is the description:

He said it was a ps1 game

He said that he could not find a point to it, as his only ability was to use stretchy arms to pinch other character's nipples (I know, creepy)

He said that he was on a small platform surrounded by darkness

He said that all of the other characters were obese (highly disturbing, I know)

Could anyone identify this bizarre game?

Well I heard of a horror game a few days ago looking around the internet that was about dreams. I'll have to find it. I'll search for "Games where you grab nipples of real fat mamas" first though. There are ps1 games called Azure Dreams, Pipe Dreams 3d, 40 Winks conquer your Dreams, Dancing Stage featuring Dreams Come True, Dreams, Dream Generations, etc. Could be tough to find. Could be.... Japanese. That title could be translated differently, could only be available there, etc.
