Hi all I am a new user MTS. I would really like put my neighborhood at this page because the links still expire :( I sent my neighborhood to see, but they were rejected, I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Please help :cry:

Well, the world is definitely amazing, and you did a very good job. Love the way you placed the egyptian ruins, they fit unexplainably well in the world!
My only question is, what kind of feedback are you looking for, exactly?

Very nice! I can see you've put a lot of work into this. Can you copy and paste the rejection here so that we know why it was rejected? Usually, you get information / suggestions from the moderators. The only things I see are that, maybe, some of the types of trees you are using don't match -- deciduous and palm -- and that the transitions between the flat tops and the sides of the mountains are very abrupt (tan on brown). However, that may be realistic and the effect you want. Your structures are great!

As what was said in rejection message, you need to work more on terrain painting and include all required information that is listed in Creator Guidelines for worlds. You don't have all the needed screenshots too.
Also, all worlds need to be uploaded via Creator Issues, otherwise they won't be accepted in any way.
As for my personal opinion, this world has certain style that I like, but the terrain paint is very plain and lacks for some smoother transitions. I also think that making it in Polish language wasn't very good idea, as many people won't understand which lots do what and so on. Making stuff as much versatile as you can is always the best way when it comes to such big projects.

I lost many hours of work on gathering information. But once again my work was declined. I wrote it all! Dimensions of plots, number of layers, I added new pictures but none of that.
I do not understand why my work is rejected, after all, I good wrote. :blink:

Worlds - Issues on terrainpainting/-sculpting Your upload has some issues with terrainpainting/-sculpting that need to be repaired before this upload can be accepted. What we require: Sculpting: * Natural: Your terrain should look plausible, not just flat and boring, or jagged for no reason. * Easy to view: Make sure you can view all lots and other points of interest without steep hills or valleys getting in the way - be aware that the camera will move up and down with the surrounding terrain. Painting: * Realistic: Terrains should blend in a logical way from one to another - a smooth blend from grass to sand, for example. Mountains should be dark and mountainy, grassy areas green and grassy. The terrain painting and sculpting DOES need more work, and will not be approved as is. You also DO NEED to upload using Creator Issues forum. Continuing to upload the world without reading the guidelines, without doing the changes and what is asked (by moderators), and uploading via the wizard will just raise your rejection ratio and eventually put you to upload restriction.<br /> <br /> Please make a post in Creator Issues forum if you do not understand what I'm talking about, and the staff can help you through the upload process.
I really do not understand. I've added a lot of information and and lots of screenshots. But my work is still not accepted. :cry:

Like your rejection PM says, you need to use Creator Issues forum for uploading your world - found here http://modthesims.info/fd.php?f=492
Your world contains lots, and you need to post all the required informations and pictures of the lots, so you will need additional comment posts to do this, and the only way to add comments to the upload pre approval is using Creator Issues forum.
Please review the worlds guidelines, especially the part about uploading your world - http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=MTS2:Creator_Guidelines/Sims_3_Worlds#Alternative_upload_method . The instructions are very clear. If you still struggle to understand what your moderator wants you to do, make a post to the Creator Issues Forum (link above) and ask the staff for help.
Then a little bit of feedback for your world.
As seen in this picture of yours http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/6990/screenshot76bf.jpg, the terrain painting and sculpting need a bit of work. You have some very flat areas, and while flat is good, it is not realistic to have perfectly flat areas all around in the world, there should be tiny changes on the elevation. You can gently add some higher and lower areas to your flat areas. I don't mean you should make hills or valleys, but add a little bit of variation to the terrain height. The areas where you have lots are ok to be flat where the lots are placed. The sculpting could also be softened on some cliff edges, sheer drops are realistic for some parts, but are also very difficult to paint so that they look nice.
Then the terrain painting also needs a bit of work. The paint colors are nice, but there should be some variation on the paint. Mix the sandy paints you have together, use lighter paint on higher parts, darker for shadows and lower parts. Same for grass, you should have at least 2 grassy paints that you mix together to create more live looking grass. If you look outside your window (or any pictures in web if you do not have grass outside), you see that the grass is never fat shade of green, but has various tones to it.
The lots, those I can't really comment on, since you have only posted a few pictures, none of which are what the guidelines require.
I'm sorry if my message sounds harsh, making and uploading a world is hard work, believe me, I know. As a staff member I want to help you understand the guidelines and help you get your world up to the standards we have. So please keep this thread for the feedback, post more pictures of the terrain and sculpting, and post a few lots too so we can see how they look. For any issues, questions, struggle you have about uploading, please post to Creator Issues Forum, as mentioned quite a few times :)

Project CayonRibos is now completes. So I can not edit it in CAW. I can only promise that my next project will be more realistic than CanyonRibos.. :D CanyonRibos created since June 2011, so I spent much time with this.

I created the world so much time, I wanted to please the people and now it can not be found on this page? It's just pathetic. I edit a neighborhood from scratch because someone does not like something :wtf: I understand your instructions as I said they will be addressed in another project.
I have no words just feel aggrieved. I did a good job with my team and now I can not anywhere else I can not give neighborhood :faceslap:

It's not about the quality of the world, but about the rules.
Z tego co mówi armiel wynika, że musisz zrobić zdjęcia wszystkich parcel, ale najpierw założyć temat o swoim świecie w dziale Creator Issues, do którego podała link. Musisz tam dodać też dodatkowe informacje.
I nie chodziło jej o to, że masz coś zmienić, bo jej się nie podoba, tylko wyraziła swoje zdanie.
Jeżeli nadal czegoś nie rozumiesz, załóż temat z pytaniem w Creator Issues, tam któryś z modów Ci wszystko wyjaśni.
I mostly translated the beginnig to Polish - that he/she should upload the world via Creator Issues with descripitons and comments and if he/she still can't understand, to ask a question in CI so that one of the moderators would clarify the situation. And that you (armiel) didn't say that the world wouldn't be uploaded because you didn't like it, which he/she accuesed you for.

If everybody were to think like this, then the issue of rules and guidelines becomes irrelevant.But unfortunately its there to help us. And please your work has not been the first to be rejected after all so many good works have been turned down before.Just follow the reasons you were given.

The guidelines ARE the same for everyone. I am going to lock this thread for now (and delete it later on the evening), as speculating if the rules are unfair does not belong to creator feedback. The original poster can address their complaints to STAFF at CREATOR ISSUES forum, if they still feel they have been treated unfairly. What comes to giving and asking for feedback, the original poster may make a new FEEDBACK post, post pictures of their work and get feedback, if and ONLY if they are willing to work on the suggestions and changes asked.
