My fast forwarding button on keyboard working randomly

Whenever I use the button, they won't work for their own behaviour. For example if I press 2 on keyboard, it will make the game doing the third speed (note that for number 2 on keyboard it should make the game doing the second speed). If I press 3 it won't work and If pressed again it will work but put the game on random speed (sometimes pause, normal speed, and even fourth speed). I have installed all the game and expansion until Showtime.

Are you using any kind of mod to change the speed ? Like Twallan's Relativity?
Or a mod to modify the User Interface? Like rearrange tabs...?
Oh! And done the FAQ? still occurring on new cc-free game on new user files?

So it happens on vanilla new games, too? Haven't tried a fresh install?

Solved, by unchecking GID desktop protection on startup msconfig
