Is there a Mod like 'Master Controller' for Sims 2

I would like to know if there is a mod similar to to the Master Controller mod, that will work with Sims 2

Perhaps you should explain what the Master Controller does. Or, more important, what aspects of the Master Controller you are looking for.

After all, many (most?) people who play the Sims 2 don't play the Sims 3. By definition, even less people who play Sims 2 use the Master Controller.
