Pose/Animation Player Help. Sims 3

Hi. So I'm Having A Tad Bit Of A Problem. I Want To Use Pose/Animation Player On A Lot That My Sim Doesn't Own. Even With moveobjects on I Cannot Move Them In Build/Buy Mode Because They Are Transporeted Home. Is There Any Way This Can Be Solved?

enter testingcheatsenabled true and press shift on the land where you want to put it and you can go on build and buy mode if thats any help...
