How often is the stuttering happening? Constantly, or less often? Does it get worse the longer you play?

Sorry, I just found a solution for this thanks!! I ended up having to just move my sims to a new neighbourhood.(relationships and stuff were lost though :( )

And to answer your question - the stuttering happened so often, like every 3 seconds.
