Autonomous Fighting and Aggression--NPCS

Hi everybody!

Is there a mod that will make certain Sims completely hostile? As in, if they see you they fight or insult you on sight/upon speaking? I'm aware that hot-headed and mean-spirited somewhat work towards this direction, but it wasn't extreme enough for me.
