- I have bought and became partners with a few businesses, so Isn't there supposed to be a deed to those buildings?
- If my sims dies without giving to the deed to either his wife or children, will that deed be lost forever?
- Will I be able to give my deeds to mulitiple people? For example, if my father sim dies and has 3 children, will I only be able to give the deed to one child and not all three?

For your first question, I think you control deeds through the computer now, instead of having them be an actual object in your inventory.

I buy properties all the time. There are no deeds. It is passed down through the household. If a sim moves out, they won't own the property anymore if there are still people living in the old house.

What would happen if a sim moved out and the owner of the businessess died in the old house?

Hmmm I don't know about that. It may depend on which Story Progression you use. Some things can pass down to other houses - like I had a sim inherit his father's book royalties even though dad died in another house. That happened in Twallan's SP mod. I know that's an option, but I have no idea if it's an option for AwesomeMod or vanilla SP. I haven't had the experience with the buildings yet.
