game freezes every few seconds constantly. freezing is always on the same level(high or low graphical settings, no difference at all). latest EA patch didnt changed anything.
graphic driver is updated;no mods;no expansions; no custom content installed, but sims3 is still unplayable, even on the lowest settings.

I just wanna play sims3 without lags on low settings. whats wrong with my pc? Please help!

Well, your CPU is fine for Sims 3, but you have half the minimum RAM (minimum is 4GB, you have 2GB); and while your graphics card isn't terrible, it's not good, either. Unfortunately, you won't be able to upgrade your RAM without upgrading your operating system to 64-bit instead of 32-bit, which would mean reinstalling everything.

You're never going to get great performance out of TS3 on that computer. However, you should still try these suggestions: Game Help:Intermittent Freezes - particularly things like downloading Overwatch and no memory mods, and the routing fixes for all the various EA worlds. You should also be aware that some custom worlds just do tend to lag, while others are absolutely fine - so try using a different world and see if that helps.
