I just ran Delphy's Dashboard because I was having problems with some CC. I clicked "fix all problems" and it ended up disabling Story Progression, Error Trap, Overwatch, and Shimrod's memories disabled.

How do I get them to stop being disabled?

Well according to the dashboard, this is irreversible. Best bet is to redownload them. If that doesn't work I don't know what to tell you.

You might have better luck posting in the dashboards thread (select "comments" in the download thread and post there).

It is only irreversible from inside Dashboard because the Action is not programmed to Undo it.

You can reverse the Disabling procedure in Windows Explorer. All the Disable did was to rename the files with a ".disabled" extension. If you sort your files in Windows Explorer by the Type column (in Details View) you can see these. All you need to do to "reverse" it is to remove the ".disabled" extension from the filename.

If filename extension is hidden (by default), you'd need to tweak the Folder Options to make them visible first.
We have an FAQ on that: DFDD3 Identify File Type#Show File Extensions (http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:DFDD3_Identify_File_Type#Show_File_Extensions)
