Hellow! I have a big problem since yesterday and I would be grateful if someone could help me fix it. I bought an apartment in Bridgeport. I started renovating it and when I switched from Build Mode to Live Mode nothing happened (ten minutes have passed and still didn't switched). I wanted to switch to Live Mode so that I could save what I did, but it simply stayed. It's the first time this is happening and I don't know exactly what could the problem be. I ended the process and I restarted my computer twice. I also made another simmers (hope I wrote it correctly), but when I tried to switch from Build to Live Mode, the same thing happened. What should I do? I mention that I only have Base Game, Late Night, Town Life Stuff and High-End Loft Stuff. Thank you and hoping it could be fixed. Otherwise I must reinstall it and start all over again.

I've read the Game Help Guide. I don't have problems with my computer and I don't have loading issues or gaming issues (those that are mentioned in the link that you gaved me). I should have tested in Sunset Valley the switching, but I removed the Sims 3 game with all the expansion and stuff pack that I had. I will reinstall the game and hope I will not have the problem again. Thanks for answering and if I'll have again the problem I'll post here. I will not open another topic ^__^

Reinstalling probably wasn't necessary- the problem guide is designed to troubleshoot whether the problem is caused by userdata or game data. Step 3 (removing the user files) is the most crucial step. If the game works after doing that, reinstallation is not needed.

I'll remember that. Now I'll reinstall it, but if I'll have the problem I'll remove those files. Thank you again, simsample!
