Hi!

All of a sudden I can't place floors without the screen turning blue. The laptop doesn't shut down or anything, I can still see the panel (or whatever that thing is called that shows wishes, what day it is, friends etc.) and I can click on things on the lot - but I can't see what I'm clicking on - everything is blue.

I've had this problem a few times before and whenever that happened I just went back to the game menu and the problem was fixed. That doesn't seem to work anymore though - I've restarted the game, my laptop, I've tried different lots, different types of floors, everything I can think off. I've tried googling as well but haven't found anything. Oh and I haven't installed anything new in days and I could place floors without a problem earlier today.

Anyone who knows how to fix this?

Edit: I've also tried installing a stuff pack I uninstalled a while ago but that didn't help :P I also took inactivated all of my downloads and the problem is still there..

Sometimes things turn blue because of bad CC. Try removing any that you might have an see if it works.

I couldn't post a DxDiag report because I have no internet on the laptop I'm playing Sims on. It seems to work now though, have no idea what I did lol.
