Your favorite downloaded home lot or community lot?

Not sure if this is allowed, but I haven't found an existing thread for it so let's give this a try. Post in this thread your favorite home or community lot (or both) that you've found and used most often.

My favorite home is one found right here on MTS and it's called Lavender Hill

I use it a lot for my elder sims, there's something very quaint about it.

I highly HIGHLY recommend downloading this home...it is so ridiculously beautiful and probably the best looking lot one can find out there.

I don't download enough houses to know.

I do see some amazing houses that either have no download or have ALL THE STUFF AND EXPANSION PACKS to I can't download them either. Then I go and make my crappy cheater version.

I never download houses because I usually don't have the required expansion packs. Though, if I do see a house I would like to download, but can't, I try recreate the house in my game so I can have something close to the original house I want.

Moo U - or it's real name Brainania. It's Mootilda's university sub-hood and it's what made me stop hating and start loving playing University. Okay, so it's a bit more than a home or a community lot, but it's my most used downloaded lot(s).

I rarely download lots, especially ones with CC from other websites since you can end up with a lot of junk in your game. x.x Not to mention corruptions sometimes.

But from here, I think one of the coolest houses ever uploaded is:

The Carnival set (and lot) by Echo http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=213108 is a traditional downtown landmark for me. Truly a one of a kind , one of these days I'd like to make a rollercoaster myself , ah who am I kidding. Her's is awesome!

Anything by Mocha is pure win , this is one of my faves of hers http://simsurbania.com/index.php?topic=131.0 if you like urban, gritty, grungy design and decor she is unbeatable.

ooo some nice lots there. Labella, you really have an eye for the pretty. I think there's the perfect spot for that Lavender Hill villa down the lane near the farm in Little Carping. And also, MookieBlaylock, thanks for that link. There are a lot of grotty lots in Sirencester, some of which I've built myself. I love the urban grime stuff too.

The Derelict Dreamhouse by aelflaed! I love this house! I used some of simlogicals mortgage bushes to drop the price to something fitting it's status, and I just think of the daily payments as money being spent by the family on renovations. My favorite lot, hands down, because it is just so much fun to live there and watch it change. :)
