Ok, so i've been off ts3 for a while because my computer was in storage, and I uninstalled the game, saved all my cc and other important files, and cleaned my computer up. Well I reinstalled the game(s) last night, and I've been trying all morning to get my darn cc to show up. Now, i don't know what the deal is, because I'm no noob when it comes to cc, but there may be something I'm doing wrong.
I thought that I would be able to organize all my cc, so I did one folder for hair, one for makeup, on for windows and doors, etc.
So I put the separate folders like so:
My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Mods>Packages>(all the organized folders)
Then, that didn't work. No cc was showing up, so I just unorganized all of it, and through it all in the packages folder. Like so:
My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Mods>Packages
Then, guess what.. the cc still didn't show up. So, I went and read around in a few forums (found some really funny stuff (http://i40.tinypic.com/9qg1f5.jpg) by accident)
So I read that after ambitions, Mods>Packages was obsolete, but I didn't remember that, but I went ahead and did what someone with a similar problem did, and put all my packages like so:
My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Mods

......My cc still isn't showing up.... :help:
