HELP - I need to know how to make a simple not-recolorable wall for The Sims 3.

Help, I've been looking everywhere but it's all way too complicated and unneeded.
Can anyone tell me how I can just import a wall texture I have into the Sims 3? It doesn't have to be recolorable, just a simple plain wall texture. I have ts3pe and s3oc and tried alot of things but none of them really worked. What's the easiest way to make such a simple texture wall for the sims 3?

oh, It does need to be a wall texture and not a pattern, since I want my own 256x512 design as a wall
