Hello! Question. I run Windows 7 on a laptop (64 bit as many would figure), and I decided to install my Sims 2 game on it. The game boots great- no problems loading, no crashing, nothing. Same with Body Shop- Loads (after a while), and there's nothing wrong with it at all, other than this:

I was browsing around, looking for some custom content to install, and I put it into the required directory after making a Downloads folder in Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 Double Deluxe/(and then properly placing it here). I have several items downloaded. SOME of the hair shows up. Hair:13/17 loaded properly, but only one article of clothing will load. NOTHING else will show in the clothes Custom Content! I have about 15 different articles of clothing. ALL (loaded properly, and not loaded correctly) are in the .package format.

Before you ask, I'm a semi-advanced computer user. I have properly extracted all files into the recommended directory. I have changed the compatibility settings to XP Service pack 3 where I could, and enabled all custom content. I'll click on a file, and Windows will say it cannot open the file specified. I've tried opening it by assisting with the package installer, and Body Shop itself. None of it is working!

Is there a fix I'm missing out on? It worked great on XP, and on both Win7 OS computers I've owned, it's posed the same problem.

The Sims Wiki didn't help me, and I looked through the FAQ.

How do I fix it? HELP!

It must be a problem with Body Shop, because everything else that I'm loading is showing up. Wall textures, gardening items, everything but the personal attire items. :/
