Custom Content disapearing

I downloaded some custom content which was fine. I have recently installed kitchens and bathrooms. When I start to play I enable custom content but its not there. When I come out it shows it is disabled again. What can I do? Grateful for any help..

Did you restart the game after enabling it? That setting won't take affect until the game is restarted.
