:cry: Everytime I open the .package files with winrar or 7-zip, and I try to move the files, it gives me this error message : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Anyone know what the deal with that is?? I am using windows 7..

What do you mean by "open the .package files with WinRAR or 7-zip"?

You do not need to open them at all to move them. Use one of the programs to extract the files to a folder. Then open the folder and cut/paste the files into your Packages folder.
