The Sims 3 - British Stuff and Filming stuff?

Is there a mod for any of the following things:

- Default police car replacement with a British police car.
- A decorative version of the British police car.
- Decorative shop stuff (stocked shelves, fridges, a till etc.)
- Decorative Fire Engine.
- A British Ambulance. (mine is american :( )
- Any other shop decorations (different types of shops)
- Emergency service decoration (indoor police station and fire station stuff)
- Emergency service clothing.

I can't think of more right now but i am trying to make movies (set in Britain of course) and also i just want a more British feel when i play the sims.. thanks in advance for the help :)


EDIT: Infact... aswell as all the decorations how about a full British conversion? Does that exist?

Please check the Sims 3 Content List (http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Sims_3_Content_List:Crime,_Punishment,_and_Public_Service) yourself for police items.
Look in the Sim 3 Content List's Medical category for an ambulance, too.

I am unaware of a British conversion for Sims 3,
but maybe you could find a British city/world if you looked for one.
