New Problem

Hi

im sorry to be such a pain but i have a new problem and not sure what to do

Im just starting now i have no custom contents or anything, i have installed the base game and expansion packs Ambitions, Generations, Late Night

So when i use the launcher it asks to use the Generation CD, i put it in and now it loads to the point where the very beginning and it says Disc Authorization error we cannot verify your CD contact Customer Support and it just exits after

Is it a legitimate CD?

Is the disc clean and undamaged?

Did you register it?

I do not recommend a no-cd mod, as they can cause trouble. But if it is registered, I would contact EA Customer support (Some day when you have a couple of hours to kill.) You might also still be able to exchange it at the store for a copy that works.

You could try a virtually mounted cd as an option as well. I do this so the disc isn't damaged and everything works a lot cleaner and smoother.
