Affordable Family Home

9 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone. Here is a gorgeous house for any budding family, all for under $75,000!. I based the lot off of a real house that I came across online.

Inspiration:

Details:

Fully furnished ($41,958 unfurnished)
3 bedrooms + Den that can be converted to a 4th bedroom
2 + 1/2 bathrooms
Open concept living/dining/kitchen
Spacious 4 car driveway leading to 1 car garage

This lot does include a few items from the Sims 3 Store; the tub, sink and mirror in master bathroom (Bayside Set), and dining table (Storybook Set). Do not panic if you do not have these items installed, the game will automatically replace them with in-game items!

As always, enjoy and happy simming!

Please do not hesitate to inform me if there is a problem with the lot, and remember, no posting on the Exchange!

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $73,769

I really like this house....but it's not what I would call an affordable family home lol.
My Sims would be elders before they could afford this.

I've only used 4 items, the tub, sink and mirror in the master bathroom and the dining table. The table is from the Storybook set and the bathroom items were from the Bayside set.
