This sim is based on a character written by Sylvain Reynard. I never liked Gabriel Emerson much, but something about the book stuck with me.

He looks good, but I thought you couldn't upload anything that requires pay content. Are the everyday and athletic outfits free, or is the Store exempt from that rule?

jeromycraig - Store content is considered like EP/SP content - you may have to buy it, but it's from EA so it's okay.

he is very intriguing - the glasses and vest add a sort of sophisticated look, like he might be the male lead in a noir film. you're absolutely amazing at realism, and it's good to see a male sim with short hair for once. c:

Excuse my question - but I do not see if the custom content (other than hair and skin which you said was not) is included in the file. Do I have to download all the stuff you listed?

I'm impressed with how realistic he looks (in video game/Sims 3 standards anyway). You did a very good job with this one. I only wish I had the patience to make my sims look half as good.

I've done a few things after reading from specific tutorials, but to no avail, I still can't make him appear at least in CAS.

This may be a dumb question but, If I don't have any sliders in game (I do have master controller) will this sim still appear this way if I download him?

He should still look okay, as long as you don't edit his facial features.

Did u save it in the saved sims folder??? If u did u have 2 create or enter 2 create a family and los in d premade sims u should find it there!!

Hi. I'm playing Ambitions at the moment and would like to include your Sim in it. But no matter how I tried, it won't appear in my game. I've created the 'SavedSims' and 'Mods' folder myself, but couldn't really understand your instruction on how to get custom content to show up. Help??

Misantrope....Ill have tried like a 100 times 2 download d skin and hair and u can't!!!! the skin page opens in blank and d hair says it u have 2 donate or something like that.....What u recommended me 2 do??

I installed him in the saved sims folder. I downloaded another sim from this site and she shows up just fine in my game, so no idea why this one won't.

Sorry guys, I'm not sure what is wrong. I'll try ask in Game Help and see if someone knows the answer.

I have downloaded this sim but I can't find him. Where should I look in the game?

I just started reading this one book and your sim reminds me of him. He's just that good looking and just as much of a jerk at times in the story.

I just got back into the Sims 3 and I found this awesome guy here. He took a little bit of work to replicate like in your screens, and I was wondering if you'd be so kind to help me finish the process by listing the hair colors you used in hex values? I really like the hair color you chose and I'm having a hard time matching it.

Besides that, I want to just say "Wow!" You did a fantastic job on this sim and your eye for beauty and style is top-notch. I'm really picky when it comes to sims, but Gabriel was an instant must-have!

ShadowDhampire3, yeah, I hated the character of Gabriel Emerson because he is just so obnoxiously pretentious. God, I just wanted to punch him in the face sometimes. He reminded me a bit of Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, who's a serial killer that's OCD. I didn't like the Gabriel's Inferno very much either. I had later found out that the story was Twilight Fanfiction. Oh dear god. Then it all made sense... but it's too late for a name change now.


guffeh, thank you :] About the hair color-- I don't know if I have the original hex values. People where having trouble without getting my sim to install, so I deleted the original version of the sim I had. I might've changed his hair color since then, so I dunno. But the hex values shouldn't be much different than the one you've downloaded. It might look a bit different because of the lighting I use in my pictures.

Anyway, his hair is like brown, with a bit orange, but not too much orange. Unless you're colorblind or something, it shouldn't be too hard to replicate :P

He is very handsome and dashing, thanks for sharing him. But I seem to be having problems with my game with the new 8.0 update. I know this sim was made a while back, but I only learned about him recently and would really wish to have him.

Do you have any advice or maybe adding a new update?
