A Slice of Home - 1 Sim Starter

9 Attachment(s)
NOTES:

You need a pattern by Awesims to make the house look exactly as the screenshots.
Download it here. (Scroll to 'Mid Century Butterfly' and click the first link.)

This house was built with the base game and Generations EP (version 1.26.89/8.0.152).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A really cheap home for a single sim. Furnished without deco. Also includes a bike and a computer.

The concept was to make the house look like it was 'sliced' from a bigger house.

Lot Size: 1x1
Lot Price: F:12,928 UF:9,313

Love this kind of cute little house but I might change the furnitures a little to match my female sim tastes ^^
Thank you !

It's easy to underestimate small, compact lots. I love them, and this is really creative!

thank you - I like small houses ^^ ... (just an idea - wouldnt using a different kind of wallpattern for the "cut off" backside of the building illustrate your design idea even better?)
