Dont buy now. Wait till skylake is released. Probably around august 2015.

When we'll have to look into more, but get something like:

Cheapest i5 series skylake processor
Appropriate MB.
8GB DDR4/16GB DDR4
500GB SSD
2TB WD Green
Windows 10

GPU will depend on what is available at the time that you're buying AMD is releasing new cards soon so keep an eye out for the reviews. If we go according to what we have available now, im tempted to say go for the GTX 980Ti. Im noy really a huge fan of SLI options.

PSU and casing will depend on what GPU you choose.
