What would you do if it was night time and nearby someone in your camping group screamed "My friends! No man is killing me! NO MAN is KILLING me!" very loudly from a cave?

I'd freak out, knowing me I'd hear the scream as 'A MAN IS KILLING ME' then when I hear the second scream I'd hear it right then feel relieved but then I'd think that someone or something is trying to kill him/her so I'd get the rest of the group to come and check what he/she is screaming about although I'm sure they would have rushed over to check what all the screaming is about before I get to the scene of the screaming friend

A transporter device so I can travel anywhere, immediately in the blink of an eye.
